Biscuit Factory
The Biscuit Factory has officially broken ground on 338 new homes for social rent. 5PA, acting as the technical delivery architect, achieved Gateway 2 approval for London Square in partnership with Square Roots, the Mayor of London, and the London Borough Of Southwark.
5PA took the original planning architect's drawings and applied the latest BS9991:2024 legislation and then reapplied for planning under a s.73 and s.96A to ensure that the future occupiers were in the safest possible environment.
We’ve completed 420 units at Capital Interchange Way including 197 affordable homes of which 85 are social rent.
Families on Hounslow Council’s housing waiting list have already started moving into the social rent homes.
