Optimisation & Delivery
We have undertaken numerous Technical, Compliance and Optimisation reviews on schemes originally designed by others, often including some significant reworking at the client’s request, prior to start on site. We have also incorporated our client’s design guides within schemes, often after planning consent has been granted.
Gateway 2
5PA has responded pro-actively to the demands of the Building Safety Act and the Gateway 2 process, developing a thorough and well-coordinated approach to preparing projects for successful submission and approval. We manage the significant documentation and coordination required to satisfy the Building Safety Regulator, with our methods continuously evolving in step with BSR guidance - ensuring our clients benefit from a confident and well-managed path through this critical regulatory milestone.
Technical & Compliancy Review
We have extensive experience reviewing schemes by others, and have an in-depth understanding of life safety, all of the approved documents, especially B, L and M.
Building Façade Review
Review of existing building facades, providing reassurance and practical solutions where necessary, including improving façade performance to meet the current building regulations.
